The peaceful setting and clean, well maintained property made this a pleasant stay at oragadam rooms. It seems well suited to corporate visits and longer stays in oragadam. The rooms are spacious and have good facilities, and the staff are courteous and supportive. Food and hospitality were very good. I’d highly recommend it to professionals working in the nearby industrial areas.

I stayed for two weeks in a room in one of the 3BHK flats at Oragadam Rooms, Wilton 1 building, Hiranandani Park, New Chennai. It’s easy to find with Google Maps and is one of the few good options near the Oragadam industrial area. The peaceful premises have plenty of basement parking and nice balcony views. Many expats stay here, so the atmosphere is comfortable. Daily breakfast, room cleaning, and laundry are provided, and the staff are helpful and cooperative. Mr. Praveen and Mr. Satya are approachable when you need help, while Ms. Manjula from the corporate office makes local arrangements go smoothly. There’s no power backup in the room, and for small things like soap or shampoo, you need to contact someone. Since the flats are shared, security could be better with an individual key for the main door or CCTV at the flat entrance. For essentials, Hiranandani Township has no pharmacy, though there are a few super shops such as Nilgiri. A2B Fusion has limited North Indian food options, while Zephyr Bar & Restro offers many North Indian dishes. Zomato and Swiggy deliver, but food can take 40-60 minutes and arrive cold. OLA and Uber can take 30-50 mins and demand an extra amount. Overall, it’s a peaceful, convenient place near the industrial area, with good services and supportive staff, though some facilities could be improved.
