Mukund deserves all the praise. He made us feel comfortable over our three-night stay, took an interest in what we were doing each day, and told us about the locality. Ask for him if you visit, he's a great young fellow. The manager also seemed humble, honest, and caring, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We felt relaxed and at home. The buffet food was hygienic, delicious, and nicely presented. Rooms were cleaned when needed. The hotel is near Manali Mall road, handy for local shopping and exploring. It was the best hotel stay so far on our Himachal trip, probably because of its association with Bharat Booking. In India it's rare, in my experience, to get such great hospitality from the meager staff at a hotel. I'd love to stay again on my next Manali trip. Big thanks to Mukund.

The hotel's on Mall road, a handy base for going anywhere in manali. The staff, especially Mr. Krishan ji, were so helpful, and the food was tasty. Rooms were very good and clean, and I was happy with everything. They made it feel like staying in your own home. I'd recommend giving this hotel a chance.

We booked two rooms for three nights, and they arranged check-in at 08:00 am without charging extra. The location of Adarsh annexe is very good, right on Mall road. Breakfast, dinner, and special evening tea were provided daily, and hot water was available 24 hours, including for drinking. The rooms were spacious and clean, food quality was excellent, and the staff were very cooperative. All over, an awesome, fantastic experience. Thanks for such a nice stay.

The location is a full 5/5, extremely good. The hotel interior, though, isn't very nice, and the room felt dark. It could use renovation, since even ordinary hotels these days have better interiors. Cleaning was fine, but my room had no tiled flooring. There was a red mat instead, with lots of insects between the floor and the mat.

The room was dusty, with a film of dust floating around, and the sheets hadn't been changed or the bathroom cleaned. Food was below average too. This hotel is overpriced, with no basic amenities like a heater or kettle. Save your money and look for a better place on mall road at half the price.
