Primo Resorts

After a long day of travel, the delicious food felt like a warm, homely touch. The rooms were beautiful and impeccably clean, so we were very comfortable throughout our stay at Primo Resorts Manali. The staff were welcoming, polite, and helpful, and the manager sir was especially humble and sweet. He made sure we felt cared for in every little way. A peaceful, pleasant place. Highly recommend it.

The food was excellent, with every meal fresh, tasty, and well prepared. The kitchen team deserves credit for keeping the quality consistent. Mr. Thakur, the General Manager, was on top of everything and helped make each guest's stay smooth and memorable. His professionalism and dedication stood out. Primo Resort in Manali was well maintained, with clean, comfortable rooms and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were polite, attentive, and quick to take care of our needs. Room service was lightning fast, and the food was delicious. The rooms had everything I needed and were super comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my family trip to Manali, and Hemraaj bhaiya, the Help boy, was especially sweet. I loved his smile and service. The stay was fantastic and relaxing. Definitely consider this resort if you're visiting Manali.

Even in minus degree temperatures, we always had hot water. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the food was very good, well worth the 4-star standard. We spent two days at Primo Resorts and had a great experience. Service was excellent from the moment we arrived, with prompt luggage help and quick room service. A well-managed property with warm hospitality. Highly recommended.
