Aps Residency by OYO Rooms

After paying for a booking, we were sent the details and a contact number the next day. But when we called that person, he refused to honor the booking we'd made through Oyo. We explained that, at the last minute, we couldn't go find another hotel, but he still wouldn't accept it. The call for booking had been directed to the Oyo channel, where a lady handled the process and payment. If the hotel won't accept online bookings, why have a contract with them? The management's response and behavior were awful. Don't choose this hotel, even in an emergency. I had to give it 1 star to share this experience.

Just the worst. The service and response were bad. Please pick a better hotel instead, and don't bring your family here. 🤮

The service was horrible. We booked through Oyo, but after seeing the rooms at check-in, we had to leave. It stank, and there was dust everywhere.

Average cleanliness and a moderate price. Don't expect much, it's a room worth 200 rs.
