The staff and manager were very polite, and the rooms were clean. The property is near the beach, with great views from most rooms. Food was quite good, though the Chinese dishes could be better. The pool cleaning also wasn't up to the mark. We found the location a drawback. It's too far from main Mandarmani beach and 100m from the main road. The beach is near mohana side, so don't expect very big sea waves, and at night there's a strong fish smell. Food prices were high, with plain rice at 100rs and chicken pokora at 300rs per plate, much more than other properties in Mandarmani. The rooms were clean, but the management didn't maintain the AC, doors, and other parts properly. I'd recommend it if you want to spend time as a couple. For a party, look at other places near the main beach side of Mandarmani.

I love the ambience here and visit for short trips. The food is good, though breakfast needs a lot of improvement.

The location and views are so good that you could spend hours sitting by the sea at the resort. The swimming pool was good too. We loved breakfast, but dinner was horrible, which we hadn't expected from such a well known property. Hospitality was below par, and reception closed at 10 PM.

For what we paid, this hotel wasn't worth it, and I wouldn't choose it again. One of our two rooms had a broken AC, and the staff took no action after we reported it. Towels were also missing from the washroom. The receptionist was unfriendly and didn't seem to care about guests. The food was average. The one bright spot was the service staff, the boys were polite, kind, and always willing to help. Better hotels are available in the same price range.
