Deep International Goa

The location was peaceful and suited a restful stay, and the pool was excellent and very clean. But the overall experience was poor, especially with small kids. Hygiene needs a lot of work: rooms were cleaned only every other day, and the pantry where breakfast was served was filthy and full of cockroaches. Breakfast was average. For two days we got bread, omelette, and cornflakes, then on the other days we had to ask for breakfast ourselves. Phone and Wi-Fi connectivity were awful, and we had to go near the gate to get a signal. Customer service didn’t come close to what I’d expect from an international hotel. We chose this place based on the reviews and definitely wouldn’t return or recommend it to families with young children.

Mr Dennis was very prompt and helpful, and accommodated our requests with a smile. The rooms were clean and nice for the price, and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful too. Thanks! I’d also recommend renting a scooter from Mr Andre at the brown house next door. He was helpful and cheerful.

A very happy place, kept clean, with staff who were very familiar. Wishing them more great business!

The food tastes homemade, and they take special care with meals for kids too. The rooms are well maintained, and the staff are friendly. A nice, calm place to stay.
