For a group, it was easy to find rooms at very good rates, and they were decent and comfortable for the price. Hot water is only available in the morning, not all day, and basic things like drinking water weren't provided readily. Service could be better. It's a budget-friendly choice for groups if those service gaps don't bother you.

The toilets and bathroom were very dirty, and the rooms hadn't been cleaned. They didn't provide hot water or any kind of room service. Very bad service.

The rates are very competitive, and the owner is helpful with everyone. Replies are prompt and straightforward, without any butter polishing. Must stay once for a good experience. Excellent in all matters of hotel business.
