We felt very unsafe as female travellers. The room lock was broken, hair from a previous guest was on the bedsheet, the geyser didn’t work, and the promised toiletries and mineral water weren’t there. There was no staff around, no lift, and the receptionist refused to help with luggage. Finding the place was difficult because the Google map directions were unclear and the hotel is down a very narrow lane. The receptionist didn’t answer despite several calls for directions. When we arrived, he was asleep and very rude. Terrible hotel, not recommended at all.

The bedsheets were filthy, with hair all over them, the geyser didn’t work, and there was no hot water. They didn’t provide toiletries or breakfast, and there’s no restaurant. No bell boy came to help with our luggage. We didn’t feel safe as female travellers. The hotel is far from the main road, and they wouldn’t answer the phone even when we called for directions. When we arrived, the receptionist was asleep and rude. I’ve travelled all over India and never had a receptionist treat guests with such disrespect. I couldn’t take pictures, but trust me, don’t go here. This hotel has fake reviews, and the reality is horrible.

The service through OYO and the hotel itself were both terrible. I’d strongly suggest not booking through this platform. If you do anyway, don’t pay until you’ve arrived.

A pretty awful stay. The stairs are very narrow, the geyser in the bathroom didn’t work, and neither did the TV. Staff were rude, and they were drinking and smoking at reception.

The staff weren’t cooperative, and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Don’t choose it based on the photos.
