The room itself was dusty, poorly cared for and not worth even the reduced rate. Pricing was unclear too: they first asked ₹1200 for Room 204, then dropped it to ₹800 when I declined. I arrived at 3:00 AM and was told checkout was at 12:00 PM. I explained I had a 6:00 PM train to Chennai and needed to leave one trolley and a laptop bag while I visited the Radha Rani temple. The night staff said I could leave my luggage after checkout. But when I checked out at 10:00 AM, they demanded another ₹200 to hold it. Both the staff member and owner became aggressive and rude when I objected. The owner told me, “Stop arguing; if you don't want to pay, just take your bags and get out.” There was no basic customer care or “Atithi Devo Bhava” ethic. The hygiene and management's dishonesty made my January 7th stay the worst hospitality experience I've had. I'd strongly advise anyone travelling here to avoid the hotel and book somewhere else.

The room was filthy, with cockroaches all over. The TV didn't work, and although there was an AC, it didn't cool. The price was far too high for the service.

We couldn't sleep at all. My whole family spent the night suffering from bed bug bites, and when we called staff around 12:45 AM, they ignored us. No room change, help or refund was offered. We'd just arrived from a long trip, exhausted, and checked in around 12:30 AM. At first the room seemed okay, but it was infested with bed bugs and cockroaches, and the sheets and pillows were filthy. The place was completely unhygienic. We had a 2 double bed AC room. The receptionist refused UPI, saying they would have to pay GST, and insisted on cash, which seemed suspicious and unprofessional. The manager was rude and dismissive, with no accountability or hospitality. It felt like a tourist trap. Do NOT book here under any circumstances, and be cautious about auto or cab drivers recommending it. It’s a scam waiting to happen.

The toilets were like sulabh sochalaya, with a tap leaking constantly, and bugs and cockroaches made it impossible to sleep at night. The rooms were dirty, the staff were no good, and the service was very bad. Worst hotel in Mathura.

Room upkeep and service were both poor. The room service number didn't work, and when I spoke to someone in person, there was no response. I'd only consider this hotel for an emergency or a short stay.
