We picked this hotel because our child was born at Neotia Hospital, and knowing the property belonged to the Neotia Group made us feel confident. We hadn’t heard of it before, but the stay turned out better than many big-name hotels we’ve tried. The staff were welcoming, polite, and helpful the whole time, and the food was delicious with plenty of choice at a fair price. Our room and washroom were spotless, including the bedsheets. What stood out most was the child-friendly layout: our 1½-year-old loves running around, and there was only one sharp edge. That’s far better than we’ve found at many well-known places. It made the stay comfortable and relaxing for our family.

The breakfast spread was especially delicious, and all the food Chef Santa Sarkar made was great, with very little oil. Rajiv was also very helpful. I stayed four days and nights and would come back. I’d recommend the hotel for a nice stay in Siliguri.

We came to Monta Vista for a friend’s wedding weekend, and it was easy for guests arriving from different parts of the city to get to. The venue was spacious, well kept, and beautifully arranged. Staff were attentive, polite, and quick to help, so the functions ran smoothly from beginning to end. There was a nice variety of food, and it tasted consistently good throughout. Monta Vista is well managed, with good service and ambience, and seems a great choice for weddings and larger events.

The prices are a little high, and it gets busy on weekends, but I loved the peaceful atmosphere, clean surroundings, and helpful service. The garden is lovely, the rooms are clean, and the staff are friendly and professional. The Indian and continental food is tasty too. It’s a nice place to relax or meet up, whether for a family dinner, party, or small event. A great mix of comfort and luxury.

The room is being renovated, but we’ve still had a good experience. The food has been great, and the staff are really nice and attentive. Santosh nurrajjar in particular has taken good care of us.
