I booked through MMT App for the night before my exam, but when I got there, the hotel wouldn't let me check in. The owner rudely told me to find another hotel, saying there was no room booked in my name. I called MMT customer care, and they said OYO had told them the hotel wasn't accepting their bookings. The owner then more or less said, "We don't give rooms this cheap," as if I wasn't being allowed in because I'd booked the room at a low price. The MMT staff were helpful and moved me to a good hotel.
