S M Residency

Staff were nice, the bathrooms neat, and the rooms clean, though cramped. It’s right in central Perinthalmanna, within walking distance of the KSRTC Bus Stand, and fine for a one-night stay, especially for bachelors. Parking space is limited. There’s no restaurant attached, but if a room boy is available, he can buy food from your order and bring it to the room. Overall, it was comfortable enough for one night.

Reception is staffed around the clock, and they’re very good at welcoming guests and communicating. The room service was also great, with no extra charge. It’s a decent budget lodge near the junction in perianthalmana. The double bedroom has two cots with an extra-large bed.

The rooms were neat and the staff provided very good service. It’s in the middle of town, with parking for about 3-4 cars. No in-house restaurant or lift, but the service boy can buy food from nearby hotels if you order. Good value for money.

SM is easy to reach at signal junction in Perinthalmanna, near the bus stop. The rooms are clean, the wash room is very good, and the rates are affordable. Room service is available on request, and there are lots of hotels nearby since it’s in the town centre.
