Mount Queens Hill Resort & Spa

We left fully satisfied. The Reception and restaurant staff were helpful and very well behaved, and the breakfast and lunch or dinner were tasty and well prepared. A tea maker was provided. Our airy room was reasonably clean, although some rooms may have a smell in the bathroom. The hotel is across the lake from Mirik lake Park, and the view of Mirik lake from there is mesmerizing.

We were there in April, and the hotel’s location is unmatched by any other hotel in Mirik. We first booked a non-view room, then upgraded to a lake-view one for a nominal charge. The room was spacious and clean, and the customer service and hospitality were great. The food was tasty too. They even helped return a book I’d left behind. I’d recommend this hotel over any other in Mirik.

The team made us feel comfortable throughout, and I’m grateful to **Laxmi** and **Sonu** for their warm, exceptional service. They also helped arrange a birthday cake for my daughter, which made our trip feel special. I had an amazing stay, with outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended for comfort, luxury, and caring service.

The location and views are the best part of Mount Queens Hill Lake Resort in Mirik. We enjoyed the peaceful feeling of looking out at Mirik Lake and the surrounding hills, and the spacious rooms work well for families. Staff were polite and cooperative and tried to help, while the food was decent, though service could be slow. Cleanliness and upkeep need attention, especially in the bathrooms and room amenities. Some facilities seemed old, and the service wasn’t consistent. The narrow approach road may be difficult for some drivers. It’s a good choice for the setting, but better maintenance and faster service would improve the stay.
