They moved us to a different room halfway through our stay because they'd given the whole floor to someone else. The room they put us in had no key, so we spent half the day without electricity. The food we ordered was just plain khichdi, and it took 90 minutes to arrive. Awful service. I wish I could give zero stars.

There’s nothing premium or deluxe about these rooms. The photos make the hotel look decent, but in person it’s awful: dirty, unwashed sheets, hardly any toiletries, and old furniture that barely works. They even charge an extra 150rs for cutlery with food delivery.

The rooms smelled so bad I couldn’t sleep, and they were dirty with no amenities, not even soap. I’ve never had such a terrible stay.

I paid 1850 for what felt like a nightmare. The bathroom was filthy and unhygienic, the room was dirty, cockroaches were around, and the air conditioners didn’t work. Service was just as bad: nobody was at reception when I went looking, and the intercom was out, so I had to go downstairs in person. I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels, and this was the most pathetic one. A boys hostel would be better. They should close this business. Definitely not recommended.
