Hotel Grand Sai - Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh

The area around the hotel is crowded and chaotic, and parking means weaving through bikes left all over the commercial building where it’s located. At night, strange loud noises kept us awake. The room and bathroom were filthy. This was worse than a motel or an Oyo, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, especially families.

The intercom didn’t work properly, and breakfast was a joke, with awful quality and hardly any variety. The room itself was dirty, had none of the basic amenities, and was a complete letdown. Staff attitude was appalling, and the service was woefully inadequate. They seemed uninterested in guest comfort or satisfaction. My experience was a nightmare. Unless the hotel gets a complete overhaul, I’d strongly advise against staying here. Management needs to take drastic action on these glaring problems.

Please don’t waste your money or energy booking here. The room wasn’t clean, and I had to make them clean it. The washroom was very dirty, there was no hot water, Wi-Fi or basic amenities, and there was no ventilation. The staff were very arrogant.

The food is delicious, the staff are polite and cooperative, and everything on the premises is available by calling, 24 hours a day. Rooms are spacious, well maintained and equipped with modern amenities, with affordable rates. The atmosphere makes the stay feel worthwhile, and I’d personally suggest it to family and colleagues for future stays. The hotel is in a prime spot, within walking distance of the railway station and roadways, with good public transport links. Its covered in-house car park is a big plus.
