We booked a ground-floor standard room overlooking the pool. Both the room and pool were clean, and there's parking, though the space is very compact. The beach is around 15 minutes away by car and was very clean; many restaurants and local food options are near the hotel. We did run into a hot-water problem: the solar heater's supply had already been used by other guests.

Whenever I'm in north goa, this is my go-to hotel. I've always had a good experience, and the owner Jagmohan ji is very nice and hospitable.

My wife and I spent two days here, and it felt like a home away from home. The owner, whom we call "Uncle," is kind and welcoming, goes out of his way for guests, and shares great local travel suggestions. The rooms are clean and looked after. There's a clean pool, tasty food, and a range of drinks at reasonable prices, plus parking and affordable laundry service. A wonderful stay, and I'd gladly come back. I recommend it for a comfortable visit with friends or family.

The rooms were spacious and really clean, and we had a fantastic stay. There are lots of good beaches nearby for chilling out.
