We booked a 2BHK suite, but it had no view, and the balcony was hardly worth using. The bathroom was small, unlike the pictures they advertise, and the living room sofa was awful. There was no Wi-Fi, and we were told this room type doesn’t come with it. The TV only had free-to-air channels, and they refused to add or subscribe to any others. The breakfast buffet was very poor, with no option to order eggs. There was no cutlery in the kitchen, and staff would rather not provide things unless you asked. In fact, we had to request everything, including hand towels, a spoon, and water. Room service stopped after 10:30 PM, which seemed strange for a holiday place. Thankfully, online ordering was allowed. Restaurant staff were quite rude and seemed almost indifferent to customer service. I booked through MakeMyTrip, and they weren’t helpful either. A very poor experience.

We were a whole group and stayed for a month, with no complaints. The rooms were great, and the staff helped us with whatever we needed, from utensils and cooking to cleaning. We ate at the restaurant every day because it was so tasty, especially the aloo gobhi, paneer butter masala, and lasooni daal. There’s a beautiful river view right beside the property. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The pool and play area are good, and everything is available on the property. The place is quite old, though, and the rooms could use maintenance.

Biplab made our dinner memorable with his warm smile and attentive service. He suggested dishes promptly, checked in just enough, and handled our requests with real care and professionalism. The food was great, and his service lifted the whole evening. I’d recommend the restaurant, and kudos to Biplab for his work.

These are serviced apartments sublet through Airbnb. It’s very quiet, though a little out of the way. The nearest beach is a 10-minute drive, and there are plenty of places to eat, including an in-house restaurant.
