The beach is the main reason to stay here. Ashvem Beach is about a two-minute walk away, and Morjim Beach is around four minutes along the Arabian Sea. The sand is white and clean, it’s not too crowded, and the area is fairly quiet, with roughly 80% foreign tourists. You can surf nearby, and there are plenty of cafés, bars, and places to eat. The leafy grounds give the property a relaxed, peaceful feel. Rooms have outside entrances and simple furnishings, plus a kettle, Wi-Fi, and wet bathrooms with bucket showers. There’s an open-air bar, breakfast, and parking. Direct access to the beach starts early, around 7:05 am. Staff were supportive, but taxi union prices are too high. Losing customers over a ₹100 negotiation seems like poor business sense. Arrange your own transport if you can, such as renting a two-wheeler or car, or choosing a self-drive option. If most of your trip will be spent at the beach, this is a good place to stay.

The staff were very pleasant, and the beach is only about 100 metres away. It’s a beautiful place to stay, with parking, complimentary breakfast, and free Wi-Fi. Check-in is at 1:00 pm and checkout is at 11:00 am.

We had a superb stay. The hotel is very close to the beaches, and our room was clean, neat, and well looked after. Everyone on staff was polite and helpful. It felt like a good fit for couples or families. Highly recommend!

The room, other services, and location were all good, and we had a nice stay. The weak point was the restaurant and its limited complimentary breakfast. It was very basic, and on one day there wasn’t even a buffet.

We stayed for two days and found the staff friendly. We asked for milk late, and they managed to get some even though the kitchen didn’t have any. The hotel is very close to the clean part of Morjim Beach. Breakfast was basic, but good. I’d definitely come back.
