The Verda De Miranda Resort

The peaceful atmosphere, hygiene and hospitality really stood out during our relaxing stay at Verde De Miranda, Goa. The property is beautifully kept and felt like a welcome break from the city’s hustle. Our room was clean, comfortable and thoughtfully designed, and the staff were warm, courteous and ready to help throughout our visit. We enjoyed the calm surroundings and the comfort the property offers. Thanks to the whole team at Verde De Miranda for the lovely hospitality. We’d gladly recommend it and hope to visit again.

Our family was left stressed, inconvenienced and embarrassed when we arrived to check in and were refused a room, despite having a confirmed reservation made 10 days earlier. We were told the property was unavailable. I believe they sold our confirmed room to walk-in guests for more money. A full refund doesn’t undo what happened, and the minimum response should have been an alternate property in the same or a better category, or proper compensation. As a so-called 4-star property, they failed to take responsibility for their mistake. The staff were arrogant and shockingly incompetent, with no respect for guests or confirmed bookings. Management showed no accountability or customer service standards. If the hotel was already fully packed 20 days earlier, how could it accept a confirmed booking for 10 days later? This doesn’t seem like a system glitch. It points to an incompetent and irresponsible management and reservations team. A confirmed booking apparently means nothing here. I didn’t come to tarnish the hotel’s image, but its actions have done that. I’ll strongly advise others against staying at this so-called 4-star luxury hotel. This was extremely disappointing and nowhere near a 4-star hospitality standard. Save yourself the stress and humiliation, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Best regard, Customer

It’s a peaceful, modern and luxurious property, set in beautiful surroundings a bit away from the public. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the place was clean and well maintained. The in-house restaurant serves great food, and the rooms have all the amenities.

Dining by the inviting pool was a lovely way to start or end the day. The restaurant had delicious food and a great variety, and the pool area was clean and a nice place to relax in the sun. The location has a tranquil feel and views, a welcome change from busier areas. Our room at The Verda De Miranda Resort was spacious, beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. The bedding was comfortable, air conditioning was excellent, and the modern amenities made it a relaxing place to return to after exploring. Staff from the front desk to the restaurant team were polite, welcoming and genuinely helpful throughout our trip. This resort blends modern comfort with a peaceful atmosphere. If you want a serene, clean and comfortable getaway in the Morjim area with top-notch service, highly recommended. We can’t wait to return!
