Hotel Mountain View Mount Abu

Nakki Lake and the main places to visit are close by, which made getting around easy. The room was comfortable, and the staff were courteous and helpful. We had a very good stay, and I'd recommend it.

We ended up having to find another room at a much higher price because the owner wouldn't give us the room before 11:00 AM. We'd told him when we paid the initial amount that we'd arrive early, and he assured us there'd be no problem and that the room would be ready. We had booked a room with three double beds, but once we reached the property after paying, he denied making that promise. He said he would refund us, then stopped replying. When we went back to talk in person, he refused again and denied everything. It was an extremely frustrating, unprofessional experience, and the service felt dishonest. I strongly advise others not to book here.

The bedding and comforters in the room weren't washed. The boiler system also failed to provide hot water, and when we called about it, no one seemed responsive or willing to fix the problem.

The food was amazing, and the location was quite good. The mountain view was lovely too. Staff were polite and the services were nice, so we had a good experience overall. Must visit!
