The location up on the hill is very good, but everything else was close to zero. The room and bedsheet were dirty, staff were stupid, and food arrived very late. It was full of cockroaches, flies, and mosquitoes. Reception staff could switch off the AC from there, and they also turned off the main switch when I left a fan running to dry my clothes. Soap and towels were given only according to the number of guests. Sometimes the water stopped while I was using the toilet. They wouldn't give me a bill. Don't go, especially with older people. If the location interests you, go for that, but that's all.

The bathroom wasn't clean, tiles were broken, and the furniture was old. Hot water was available only at set times, and there was no kettle for tea, coffee, or hot water. The whole property lacked a heritage look. The rooms felt like a guesthouse, even though this was the superior category, so I wonder what the lower categories are like. The website pictures on yatra weren't accurate. Staff said the travel agency had posted them and they hadn't supplied them. The staff weren't supportive. There are better Mount Abu hotels in this budget, including ones with much more helpful staff.

The location is great 👌, but the staff weren't cooperative and wouldn't even give us chairs to sit on in the balcony. I asked for strong coffee in the morning and got the usual regular coffee instead. The bathroom smelled bad, and without AC there was no ventilation in the room. The window had no safety grill or mosquito net.

It was a good place to get away from the city noise and enjoy some peace. The room was quite good, with a nice garden area at the top. The sunrise and sunset views from the hotel were amazing.
