The food tasted good, which made the bill problem at Vijaya Park especially disappointing. After we left, we noticed that the printed bill included several items and quantities we hadn’t ordered or eaten: omelets were charged as 9 when we had 3, ghee roast as 5 instead of 3, masala dosa as 2 instead of 1, and some drinks appeared twice. We went straight back to ask about it. The staff gave no clear explanation and called it a “system mistake.” They then corrected the bill by hand. If we hadn’t checked and returned, we would have paid much more for food we never had. The discrepancies covered several items and were too large to feel like a harmless little error. I’m sharing this so other customers take care and check every item on the bill before paying. Good food matters, but so do honesty and transparency.
