My parents were in Mumbai for a kbc audition, and I couldn't find a decent place nearby. I booked this hotel based on the reviews, but picked the wrong date. When I tried to change it online, there were no rooms left. I called the owner, and he arranged everything over the phone. The staff were so nice, and my parents loved the rooms and how they were treated. They sorted it all out at the last minute, and it was worth it. Thank you so much, it means a lot to me. Highly recommend! 😁😁😁

The rooms were decent, but the service made the stay really poor. I asked them to empty the bin, and although I was told it would be done, two business days later it was still there. The comforter had stains, and the bathroom exhaust made a strange noise. If the owner or management sees this, please take it as feedback and work on these things.
