The breakfast made me ill with food poisoning, and I was unwell the whole day. They brought it from some Jay Hanuman restaurant. They also served tap water as mineral water. The blankets and bedsheets smelled of smoke and seemed not to have been washed in a long time. There was no cleanliness, and the staff were full of nonsense. The room was smaller than my bathroom at home, and the toilet was about the size of a train toilet. This place felt more like somewhere couples go by the hour to do things they can't do outside than a real hotel. It's not suitable for ordinary guests or families. The list goes on.

The breakfast staff didn't feel welcoming. They just served people mechanically, without the warmth I've had at other five-star hotels. The rooms themselves were spacious and comfortable, and the food was great. HOTEL GRAND PALACE INN is a nice, fresh hotel. It's about 700 meters from Andheri railway Station and around 6.9 km from chhatrapati shivaji maharaj airport mumbai. Room tip: It was a good stay, close to the airport.

The staff were friendly and engaging, and the location is close to the airport and juhu beach. The room was cramped, though, really only okay for one person. The towel, sheets, and pillow weren't quite clean.

I paid for the room online, but they refused to check me in, saying none was available. The receptionist was Kapil. I wasn't refunded. Four hours later, I was moved to a room at a property that wasn't nearby. It was a huge waste of time and a very bad experience. I felt mentally harassed.

The location and staff behavior were good, but the room was small and unclean. Cigarette packets and an ashtray made it look especially dirty. Rain seeped through the wall, the bathroom was dirty, and there were cracks in the ceiling. The sheets were torn, and the flush didn't work.
