Room 106 was a terrible choice. It stank strongly of cigarette smoke, and the staff were talking, drinking, and smoking through the night. We couldn’t sleep even for a few minutes because of the noise and smoke. I can’t say whether it was staff or other people staying there, but there was smoking and drinking all night. The washroom was unclean, with leftover products from previous guests scattered around. The bedsheet was dirty and the room had stains, so cleanliness was zero. This hotel is near Santa Cruz Metro railway station, which makes it easy to reach Juhu Beach and other places by metro or train, but find somewhere else in the area. It’s not suitable for families or bachelors. Never book this hotel, and never take room 106.

The manager and staff are helpful, and the manager and room boy are available 24 hours. Complimentary tea, coffee, and water are available at no charge. The hotel is a very good place.

Breakfast was included with the room, but it wasn’t provided on time. Cleaning wasn’t done properly, and the telephone didn’t work. They asked me for extra money even though I’d already paid. The worst service I’ve had in my life. I won’t book this hotel again.

I paid around 13,700 online for two nights, but the room felt worth no more than 1,000/1,200 a night. I couldn’t stay longer than an hour and had to book another hotel. All that money was wasted. I’m surprised Make my trip lists places like this, though I know they just want to make money at their customers’ expense. This place is shady and barely qualifies as a hotel, it’s a chaul. They served breakfast in polythene on the bed, with nowhere to sit and eat. The reception was a mess, with only a couple of chairs for customers, and rats running around. The toilet exhaust and geasure didn’t work. Shame on the people running this scam.
