Bloom Hotel Saki Vihar

The rooms, sheets, and bathrooms were super clean and smelled fresh. Housekeeping was professional and looked after my needs, and the place felt safe and secure. Breakfast had a good spread, though the tables need to be cleaned and food refilled more promptly. The male staff in the breakfast room were attentive and tried to give good service. The reception team, though, didn’t make me feel welcome at all. They came across as if guests were intruding in their home, and they weren’t warm or helpful. The tall woman in the breakfast room, Trivisha, I think, didn’t greet me or offer service, a glass, or cutlery. She seemed focused on checking names off the list and adding her own name to the review, rather than guests’ needs. I’ve stayed at Bloom in Bangalore, Pune, and Chennai and had great experiences with the staff there. The team here was quite different.

Mehboob and kushal made breakfast especially nice. They were polite, attentive, and made sure we were looked after. Their friendly manner and quick help gave the morning a personal touch and made it memorable. Bloom Sakivihar was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the hospitality really made the stay special. The service was great, and the staff went the extra mile. I’d recommend it!

My stay at Bloom Hotel over the New Year’s holiday was smooth and memorable. Abhas Gurung and Prateek Xalxo at the front desk were helpful throughout and went out of their way to make the experience pleasant. They speak Nepali, Hindi, and English fluently, which made communication easy and added a personal touch. The hotel feels very modern, check-in was easy, and service was fast and efficient. It was exceptional value for the price. Highly recommended.

The sundowner view from the room was amazing, and the rooms were extremely clean. One of the best stays I’ve had recently. I’d highly recommend this place if you need somewhere great to stay.
