I booked after finding the hotel on Google, where it had good reviews, and paid through a site that presented itself as the official website. After check-in, the owner said the hotel hadn't received the money and told me the booking was actually through Stay Book. I had to call Stay Book several times to confirm payment. They said the amount was wrong and asked for another Rs. 300. I paid, but they still didn't confirm it, and the hotel owner asked me to pay the same Rs. 300 again. There was no coordination between the hotel and Stay Book. The place itself was small and sweet, but overpriced for a room missing advertised facilities, including free toiletries, a hair dryer, mini fridge, electric kettle, tea/coffee maker, and more. Between the misleading booking process and poor customer service, it was a terrible, disappointing experience. Think twice before booking, especially through Stay book. I wouldn't recommend it.

SpiceJet cancelled our flight and put us up here for the night. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was a reasonable size for one night, and most of the hotel was clean. Dinner was good, with enough choice for us, and it was quiet enough to sleep well. The surrounding area, including the street outside, was extremely crowded and filthy. There's no lift to the upper floors. The bathroom wasn't very clean, with marks on the walls and mirror and an unclean bucket. There was only one towel for the three of us.

We had no problems during our three-day stay. The rooms were clean and the service was okay. It's very close to Asalfa metro station. Some rooms lack a window or other ventilation, though the bathroom exhaust, AC, or fan can help.

I booked at the last minute and it turned out to be a great choice. The staff's hospitality and support were outstanding. I'd definitely suggest it for families, and it's close to asalpha metro.

The staff were warm and consistently helpful, going out of their way to look after us. At prime grand, the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, and the property was clean throughout. I had an excellent stay.
