The food was a real highlight, both delicious and nicely presented, and the operational staff were attentive and prompt. The bellboys, restaurant team, and room service staff were all courteous. The front desk felt a bit indifferent and could have shown more empathy. The hotel looks good, though some parts feel dated and could use a refresh. It was still a pleasant stay, mainly thanks to the food and strong service from the rest of the team.

The event was managed well from beginning to end, and the hospitality made the party a wonderful experience. Staff were polite and professional throughout. The food was delicious, with every dish prepared well and presented nicely. The venue had an impressive atmosphere for a celebration. I’d recommend the hotel for parties and events.

Munnalal made the visit feel special. He was polite, attentive, and kept checking that we were comfortable. The relaxed setting suited the meal, and the food was delicious. We had a wonderful dining experience at Kohinoor Continental and will come back.

The rooms block out the traffic noise really well, and the shower had a strong flow of water. The hotel was super clean and nice, and the staff were amazing. I also had great food at the bar. I’d definitely stay here again.

4/10
For someone needing to spend a night close to the hotel, it can be a cost-effective option. The location is good, room service is quick, and the food quality is very good. Rooms are spacious, though they’re missing basic things like chairs and tables. The rooms smelled damp, and breakfast was cold. Staff seemed not to care, especially at the front desk.
