The rooms are tiny, and the washrooms are the worst, about the size of a cupboard and full of cockroaches. I found cockroaches under the bed and inside the pillow too. Pathetic experience. If I could give less than one star, I would.

The location is great, opposite Gold cinema hall, and everything else is good. But the room and washroom are too small. With a balti in the washroom, you can't open the door, and there's little space for luggage. The bed is too small and there are no windows. It's a bit costly, and online payment isn't available. As a cancer patient who has to go through surgeries and chemoradiotherapies again and again, I believe patients should get some concession.

The locality is good, within walking distance of Dadar Station and Tata Hospital, though it is a little pricey. Rooms are small: a 5'10" person stretching their arms can span the room's breadth. They have AC and a TV, but most have no windows. Rooms are on the first and second floors, with none on the ground floor.

The rooms are small but comfortable, with one cupboard and two small tables each. The bathrooms are very small too. It could work for an emergency booking, but I wouldn't choose it for a family unless spacious rooms are available.

I had booked in advance and told them I would arrive early in the morning, but there was no one at reception when I got there. The behavior was unprofessional, and it was a very bad experience.
