I left after just one night. The shower flooded, the kettle didn’t work and I had to request one four times. The safe was also broken, and it took seven asks before staff understood the problem. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes even though the hotel is non-smoking, there were mosquitoes everywhere, and the mattress was awful. The executive rooms on the first floor cost double and were still terrible. If there’d been an option, I’d have given zero stars. Sleeping outside might’ve been better. Please don’t go.

The rooms have been renovated recently, the service is excellent, and the location is the best. They call it Balwas International.

The manager was rude and didn’t seem to care about guests coming to see a room. The rooms are expensive and not worth the price.

For the high price, the stay was pathetic. The washroom had a constant irritating noise, and the blankets were a joke. They call themselves a four-star hotel, but couldn’t even provide dental kits. Bedbugs and cockroaches joined me for dinner too. This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, with no proper service.

The washroom was dirty and smelled bad, just like the room. Cockroaches were there, and the pesticide smell was overpowering, making the place really unpleasant. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay.
