Comfort Inn Metropolis

Fawad at the concierge made my early check-in easy when I arrived around 4:30 a.m. after a long trip from North America. I was stressed and unsure how it would work, but he welcomed me and handled everything smoothly. His kindness and professionalism made the stay much more pleasant. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the restaurant served delicious food with equally good service. Everyone I met was polite, helpful, and greeted guests with a smile. What I remember most is how much the team seemed to care about making people comfortable. I had a wonderful stay at Comfort Inn Metropolis Mumbai and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the city. I'll return when I'm in Mumbai again.

The view across Mumbai was excellent, and the rooms were neat, clean, and digitalized. Bathrooms were clean too, and everything was arranged pucca. There was a kettle, bottled water, tea and coffee packets, plus a locker, laundry bag, mini fridge, and other needed accessories. It felt like the amenities of a five-star hotel, even though this is a three-star property. Mr. Mukesh helped us a lot. The food at breakfast, lunch, and dinner was excellent and tasted great. Room service and cleanliness were good, and the hotel felt worth the price. Really enjoyed our stay, and it's a must visit when going to Mumbai.

Whenever I'm in Mumbai, Comfort Inn Metropolis is where I like to stay. Their hospitality and service make a business trip feel like a vacation. Adnan, Muzamil, Asif, and Arshad deserve a special thanks for making it such a great experience.

The hotel was comfortable, though it was still under construction, so some noise was to be expected. Breakfast buffet was pretty average, both for quality and choice.
