FabHotel Aksa International

I stayed at Hotel Aksa International for three days and had a very positive experience. The team was polite and professional. When I found the room's geyser wasn't working, they quickly brought hot water to keep me comfortable and got the repair done soon after. The staff handled it well and seemed to care about their guests. It's a nice hotel, and I'd recommend it.

Getting checked in was a struggle, and the staff, including the security guard, were extremely rude and unprofessional. We felt uncomfortable and unwelcome as a family throughout the process. This wasn't the hospitality we expected, and I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

The rooms felt so cramped that there seemed to be no space as soon as we walked in. We only took one because we'd already paid online. When we asked for a one-hour extension, the staff rudely said it wasn't possible and that we'd have to pay for a full day whether we stayed an hour or all day. They also spoke to us harshly, saying, “Come here and talk.” A very bad experience, with unprofessional and rude staff.

The rooms and toilets were clean, and the toilet fittings and AC worked well. They're small rooms, but suitable for a short business stay or for arrivals and departures at Airport (T2). The staff were all cooperative.
