We had cockroaches in the room, and the AC wasn’t working properly. It also wasn’t clean, especially the carpet and sofa armrests, and the water supply stopped for a while during our stay. The staff were polite, but could have been more responsive and cooperative when we raised concerns.

I played at Eskay Resorts / Muza Hotels on May 01, 2026, and it was the worst badminton court I’ve ever used. Tape was covering holes in the floor, and the space had no ventilation or air vents. After half an hour of playing, it felt unbearable. The washroom was covered in paan spit and smelled awful as soon as you walked in. You also can’t take the lift down from the third floor. The receptionist said it’s common knowledge that it won’t come down, so you have to use the disgusting, very shady staircase to reach the parking.

We were given just one changing room to share between the bride and groom because of some random renovation work. The decorator was extremely rude and unprofessional, and communication from the banquet hall management was poor, with very few options. The whole experience and management were terrible. I hope they take strict steps to improve their planning and the overall experience.

🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮😡🤬🤬 I’m still frowning when I think about the stay. Things went downhill from check-in. The room was dirty and the AC faulty, but management seemed nowhere to be found and nobody cared about the problems I raised. Staff seemed more focused on their phones than helping. My requests were ignored or took ages. ₹5,000 a night felt far too expensive for a room that looked untouched since the 90s. Dirty rooms, slow service and broken amenities. Wouldn’t recommend it. Spend your money somewhere else. 💰
