For the price it's okay, though the rooms were a little dirty. I stayed one night on Jan26 17th. Good for travelers.
I liked the service here a lot. The staff are friendly, and the manager is very nice. Very good.
I had to leave just 2 hours after checking in. There were thousands of mosquitoes in the room, and the huge uncovered gutter behind the hotel made the whole area stink. Don't book this hotel or another one in this area, and don't be taken in by the photos or reviews. The five-star reviews all look fake to me, just check the reviewers' names. Losing 2200 Rs was okay because my health matters more. I booked Hotel Auris instead, and it was luxurious. Calling this place a hotel is an insult. Don't be fooled by the Fabexpress name.
The rooms are so cramped that once the bed is in, two people can barely get past each other. There's no active kitchen either, so every order takes ages while they arrange it from somewhere else. They also have no parking, leaving you to manage your vehicle on a busy road. A terrible room, location, and experience. Better to throw your money in the dustbin than waste it here.
Food delivery was easy, and they also offer breakfast in the morning. It's near the airport and Bandra train station. We could hear street noise, as you'd expect in Mumbai, but it was mostly quiet at night. We enjoyed our stay: the staff were kind and helpful, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was hot water, AC, TV, and good wifi. Recommended!
