I cancelled on the same day I booked, after paying the advance, and still haven’t received my refund. Customer care has been no help: they put me on hold for 30 minutes, then disconnect, with no callback or resolution. They also failed to give proper information when I made the booking. This has been very poor, unprofessional service, and I strongly recommend not booking through FabHotel.

We arrived to be told the whole property had been sold and there was no room for us, even though the booking had been confirmed four days earlier and fully paid. It was a really bad experience with this hotel. Please don’t book it.

The room price didn’t feel justified, and there was no customer service to speak of. The switches were broken, there were no mats or towels, and the Wi-Fi kept having problems. I’d rate it 2/5.

The bathroom wasn’t maintained and the room hadn’t been cleaned. For the hefty price of 3500, the rooms were far too small. The included breakfast was just 2 Idlis for Rs 150, which was pathetic.
