The room was dirty, the toilet was broken, and there was no hot water. After a long wait, an arrogant receptionist somehow gave me a bucket of hot water that wasn’t even warm. Staff didn’t seem to care about me. Worst stay I’ve ever had.

I paid for a confirmed booking, but when the passenger reached the hotel, they said there was no reservation. My money was gone, and the manager at via Regal Residency couldn’t even arrange another room. Why is this nonsense hotel under FAB?

No ventilation in the room, and the TV didn’t work. The table was filthy, there were no cards, no kitchen, and no food. They charged for breakfast but didn’t serve it. They wouldn’t even serve a cup of tea, even though it came from a roadside tapri. A pathetic hotel.

Even with a confirmed booking, they say the rooms are full, and you lose all your money. The customer care number doesn’t work either. Worst platform.

The room wasn’t clean, the toilet was broken, and the staff didn’t seem to care. There was no hot water. After a long wait, I was given a bucket of water that was only somewhat hot, not even warm enough, and it left me feverish. Greedy staff. I’ll never recommend this place.
