I went to the owner with a simple, polite question and got hostility instead of a professional answer. He was argumentative and dismissive, with no basic human decency. It escalated to a frightening point: he raised his hand toward me and threatened to call the police over nothing. Feeling intimidated and threatened by the person running the place is completely different from dealing with poor rooms or bad food. No guest should have to fear for their safety or face that kind of aggression. This was supposed to be a relaxing family holiday, but his shocking, unprofessional behavior ruined it. There are plenty of other places where guests are treated with respect. Save your money and sanity and stay elsewhere. Honestly, one star feels generous for a place that treats guests like criminals.

Happyland is in a convenient spot in Dadar, Mumbai, near Dadar Railway Station and directly opposite the Pune Asiad Bus Stand. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. It’s a simple, affordable place near transport and shops. I’d recommend Happyland to travellers looking to stay near Dadar.

The staff's tone was unprofessional and they spoke to us very rudely, with no sense of respect for customers. It made the stay uncomfortable. The worst hospitality experience, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The corridors are so narrow that only one person can walk through at a time. The rooms are tiny and narrow too.

There isn't any parking. The hotel staff leave your car overnight in a nearby housing society, and you have to pay ₹600 for one night.
