The rooms were clean and very well kept, and I had my best experience here. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the manager, Mr Irshad, and his team. JazakaAllah kheir.

The reception staff made us uncomfortable from the start with their rude, unprofessional manner. We also found a problem with our food bill. When we asked about the incorrect charge, the staff were unhelpful and acted dishonestly, leaving us feeling as though we were being deliberately misled. That kind of treatment is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend Hotel Balwas to anyone looking for respectful, straightforward service, and management should address staff training and customer care.

Helpful staff and a nice breakfast. The rooms are small but clean, and the place is ventilated. It’s an easy spot to get to from Mumbai Central, and comfortable enough for budget travellers.

The incorrect bill was never handled professionally, and the staff were rude and of little help. On top of that, my room wasn’t clean and the hygiene was poor. The stay was unpleasant, and based on what I experienced, I wouldn’t recommend Hotel Balwas.

Room 305 was dirty, in poor repair, and missing basic amenities. The air conditioning didn’t work, so it became unbearably hot, and nothing changed after I complained. The service was the worst I’ve experienced. Staff were unresponsive from check-in onward, and it was clear my concerns weren’t a priority. A really disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t recommend this place. Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere.
