Hotel Alfa Executive

The rooms were on the small side, but clean and very well kept. Breakfast was decent, and the staff were polite and quick with the service during our two-day stay. I'd be happy to book here again.

The main reason we stayed here was a doctor's visit at Juhu Circle. The location was okay, but getting to places on the EAST Side meant walking because there weren't any Autos available from here. Our room, 401, had three beds and a good amount of space. The washroom was small but worked for our needs. The door, though, wouldn't close properly, so anyone in the corridor could see what we or any couple were doing inside. We ordered milk for our kid and asked for it to be a little warm. It arrived extremely hot and took about 30 minutes to cool enough to drink. The restaurant was a letdown. There were only 8 seats, and the buffet area was much too small. Breakfast is probably better outside the hotel, since there wasn't much to choose from: Uttapam with Sambar and poha on day one, then Paratha and macaroni on day two. They don't have a kitchen to cook meals, despite taking payment, and order food from somewhere else. We stayed two nights. Otherwise, we would have chosen a better hotel in Mumbai. The rest is your call.

The staff were friendly and around whenever needed. Our room was clean and well cared for, so we had a pleasant stay.

The food wasn't good, and I had issues with the room service throughout my four-day stay. Hotel manager rajkumar's manner wasn't appropriate, and he didn't seem suited to dealing with customers.
