The amenities were satisfactory, and I found the stay comfortable. Service was prompt and the hotel was clean. The staff were courteous and supportive, especially Aayat, Aman, Amaan.

I want the owner or management to review this urgently and contact me, because the way I was treated was unacceptable. On the day I checked out, I was made to leave at noon even though a phone call had confirmed a checkout around 2 PM. My requests for an extra towel and pillow were denied without explanation, and the Wi-Fi wasn't working either. The female receptionist spoke to me disrespectfully, using “tu/tera” and saying, “isko kya service nahi di humne.” This showed a serious lack of professionalism and hospitality. I'm documenting the incident because communication and customer service failed badly.

The rooms are tiny. I booked an executive room, but was given a basic one that smelled bad and was dusty. It looked nothing like the online photos, which are deceiving.

Compared with the other hotels in Andheri, this one is worth the money, and I'd recommend it to anyone after a decent budget-friendly stay. It's small but very nice, with neatly kept rooms, daily cleaning, toiletries, 24-hour hot water, free Wi-Fi, and decent parking. The staff are well trained and friendly, especially Mr.Parvez at the front office.
