Hotel Dalon

We arrived close to midnight and wanted somewhere near the airport, but the room was really cramped and we were charged too much for it. We even had to ask for toilet paper, and there was no breakfast. The beds were fine, but the bathroom had no slippers. It wasn’t a good stay, so we left and moved to another hotel.

I checked in early one morning last week, expecting a clean room. The bedsheets hadn't even been changed when I went in. I wouldn't book this hotel even for a couple of hours before a flight.

I stayed for 8 days with my brother and sister, and the whole experience was horrible. The staff were rude, had no manners when speaking to us, and made judgmental, nasty comments when we mentioned sharing a room. I asked twice for the room to be cleaned, but nobody came. The bedsheet was torn and they didn't replace it. The bathroom smelled awful and wasn't cleaned. Food cost a lot for the quality, and they wouldn't provide a cold water bottle when we asked. They charged us for bottled water too, even though we stayed 8 days. It makes no sense. Please don't waste your money here.

I broke my ankle while in Mumbai and unfortunately ended up staying here. Because I couldn't walk, I didn't feel safe after the staff threatened me with physical violence and shouted verbal abuse at me. I'm from Hong Kong and won't accept that kind of treatment. We had an argument one day over how rude the staff were. I checked out then, despite having paid for 8 extra days. The room and washroom were as bad as people say. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. Please don't stay here.
