The atmosphere was calm and pleasant, and I enjoyed the good variety of delicious food. Check-in was easy, and the staff were helpful from the time I arrived. I had a wonderful stay.

Awful stay. There was hair on the pillow from the previous guest, and the bedsheets hadn't been changed either. When we complained, they replaced only the pillow cover and wouldn't change the sheets. Worst experience I've had.

For anyone travelling to coorg, the location is ideal. The hotel itself is simple and decent, with affordable prices, and the professional staff are always available to help. I had a great experience overall.

The rooms were good, but the staff were arrogant and didn't respond properly. They also charged extra when we arrived. For the price, it wasn't worth staying there.

The area didn't feel very safe, and the hotel didn't provide basics like a dental kit, kettle, or handwash. They weren't accommodating even when we were delayed a little.
