The location wasn't good, and the room was really small. On the first day, the bathroom smelled bad and there was no hot water. When I asked to move, the manager said it could only happen the next day. The replacement room was even worse, with cockroaches in both the room and bathroom. I showed the manager proof, but they just made fun of us. The staff weren't friendly. One person even questioned why I was leaving only a small tip when I was spending so much on shopping. The owner should take these comments seriously, train the staff, and improve the cleanliness of the property.

The rooms were just okay for what they charge, and we found lots of small cockroaches in both the room and bathroom. During our two-day stay, nobody cleaned the room or gave us fresh towels in the morning. Whenever I asked for anything, they refused. The geyser wasn't working either. When I told the receptionist, he said I should have mentioned it earlier and that an electrician couldn't come now. But I might need a shower morning, noon, or night, so that's no excuse for the room price. Service was very slow. It took half an hour just to get one towel, and breakfast wasn't included, so we had to pay extra. The reception guy was rude, had no manners when speaking to customers, and used very bad language. Everything about the stay was bad. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The place was full of mosquitoes, and the staff service was terrible. The rooms are very small too. The photos online make the hotel look good, but in reality it looks bad. Don't stay here.

There was no window in my room, and outside noise came straight in and disturbed my sleep. The TV didn't work, and the rates felt too high for the service the hotel provides.

The room was clean and the service was good. Golden galaxy has helpful, very nice staff and is close to the airport and railway station. I recommend this location and area.
