Hotel Highway Inn

The biggest problem was being cut off from the outside world: there was no phone network anywhere in the hotel, and the internet barely worked. When it did, they changed the Wi-Fi password every few hours. Parking was another hassle. It's shared with several businesses, and the guards argued with us when we parked there. There's no hotel parking of its own. The rooms are much smaller than they look in the photos, and moving to a bigger one costs a lot. Cleanliness was average, though the staff were nice. For the money, it wasn't worth it. If all you need is somewhere to sleep, it might be okay.

It's a friendly, welcoming hotel, and the staff are warm and flexible. Room service was excellent, everyone was helpful, and Manager Pintu sir is jolly and easygoing. The rooms are really good, with small, cute, very clean washrooms. They serve good food, and the location is convenient, with the metro station about 1 km away. I'd highly recommend it.

The room was above average, and being close to the metro is a plus. Staff service could use improvement, as they seemed to lack common sense. The thin walls were the worst part: noise from even moderately loud or rowdy neighbors can be unbearable. I'd call the stay average.

For the price, the room is good, though there were stains on the walls and no faucet in the toilet bathrooms. Andheri station and jb nagar metro are nearby, and being allowed to bring in outside food is great. At checkout they kept us waiting five minutes to check that we hadn't stolen anything. I found it offensive, but I was late for the airport and didn't want to make a scene. They may have had bad experiences with guests before, but that doesn't mean everyone is a thief.
