I’ve stayed in hotels across almost all the big cities in India and never had such a lowlife experience as the one Bombay rooms gave me. The staff were pathetic and unprofessional, and it felt like money was their first priority. Most hotels care about customer satisfaction, but Bombay rooms didn’t seem to care what customers would say about the service. I stayed two nights. Checkout was at 11 am, but my bus wasn’t until 7 pm, so I asked the manager, though I’m not even sure who the manager was since every staff member seemed to be in charge, if I could leave my luggage there until the bus came. They asked me for more money for that service too. Be wise before choosing to stay there.
