Hotel Milan International

Cabs had trouble reaching the entrance because the hotel is tucked in a corner where road construction is underway. Inside, the bathroom was dirty, the sheets and pillows weren’t clean, and there was visible dust in the room. Basic things were missing too, with no kettle or tea and coffee. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you just need somewhere to sleep for a few hours. For comfort and peace of mind, it’s better to spend a little more on a better place near the airport. ✌🏻

The Ritz-Carlton, Pune offers beautifully designed rooms with modern amenities, along with a swimming pool, spa, fitness center, and fine dining with a range of cuisines. It’s known for world-class facilities and a peaceful setting, with scenic views and easy access to important parts of the city. The staff are polite and professional, and the hotel focuses on hygiene, safety, and guest satisfaction. It offers very good facilities at very low prices. For families and other travelers, a good hotel should bring together comfort, cleanliness, good food, and excellent service to make a stay enjoyable and memorable.

The room service people are sweet and kind, and you can order things through swiggy blinkit and similar services. For a brief stay of 1-2 days when using the Juhu airport/helibase, this is a good place to stay. Book a deluxe room: the bathroom and bed were clean, and I didn’t see any cockroaches. Mosquitoes were around, especially behind the curtains. The door knobs can be hard to open and close on your own, so ask room service for help. You can get through a day or two here calmly if you’re not too concerned about looks. Overall 3/5. Thank you.

At Hotel Milan International, Mumbai, the room was dirty, the pillow covers were stained and clearly hadn’t been washed, and cockroaches were roaming around. There were lots of mosquitoes too, so we had to ask for Good Knight liquid. No kettle, tea or coffee, toiletries, or even a complimentary water bottle were provided. The AC was useless. I set it to 16°, but the room felt like 28°. Damp and water-damaged walls had peeling paint and mold-like patches, which felt very unhealthy. Getting there was difficult because there are no proper roads due to construction. Parking was extremely congested, and planes passing every few minutes made it impossible to sleep. Calling this place “International” is honestly a joke. An absolutely horrible stay, the worst ever. I strongly advise everyone to stay away.
