For what they charge, this place isn’t worth the money, and I wouldn’t stay there again or recommend it. The area felt unsafe, run-down, and uncomfortable. The room wasn’t clean, hygiene was unacceptable, and the staff were unhelpful while the service was poor. The room door wouldn’t lock with the key they gave me, so I had to leave it unlocked whenever I went out. The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly either.

I had to check out as soon as I saw the condition of the property. It’s unfit for guests and should be inspected by OYO. Letting places like this operate under the OYO brand puts guest health and safety at serious risk. People pay for a clean, safe stay, and this was unacceptable. OYO Management and Ritesh Agarwal should take strict action to protect future guests. The property was unsafe, unhygienic, and nothing like its online listing. The whole place smelled of mold and chemicals. Room doors were broken, and the environment didn’t feel suitable for families or female travelers. Water leaked in the washroom, it smelled of rust, and there was no water pressure. The AC was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned. The online photos were fake and misleading. Several men sat idle at the counter, but there was no proper management or care for guests. This was the worst hotel experience of my life.

The area around the hotel is very congested and hard to reach by car. The lanes are narrow, there’s no nearby parking, and carrying our luggage for over 1.5 km was a real hassle. Hygiene was disappointing too. The room smelled strongly unpleasant, the bedsheet smelled, and we saw cockroaches. Cleanliness wasn’t up to standard. I’m not sure why it has so many 5-star reviews. I wouldn’t recommend it for comfort, cleanliness, or easy access.
