Noise carried on at all hours, and the complaints I made didn’t get it sorted. The room rates also felt far too high for what was provided, and I was charged extra for being just 30 minutes late checking out. Some rooms were cramped, poorly ventilated and unhygienic, with very tight bathrooms, though a few were clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. The rooms didn’t always look like the online photos either, which felt misleading. Finding the property was confusing because directions weren’t clear, and some night staff were rude and unprofessional. There were a few decent points. The Dadar location near the market was convenient, the AC worked well, and some staff were cooperative. Housekeeping came when requested. The property’s rules against alcohol, non-veg food and smoking may suit some families or guests. It has potential thanks to the location, but I can’t recommend or rebook unless cleanliness, pricing, staff behavior and response to complaints improve.

There were no clear directions to the property, so finding it was incredibly frustrating, and the staff were rude and unhelpful as soon as we arrived. Inside, the room was shockingly small and had no ventilation, like being trapped in a box. The bed was messy, the bathroom filthy, and a foul smell lingered constantly. The facilities were substandard for such an outrageously high price. I can’t understand how Agoda still lists this place, or how it has so many five-star reviews. They seem purchased or fake, because the reality bears no resemblance to what’s shown online. Avoid it at all costs.
