Mr. Abdul coordinated things really well and was very humble. The evening receptionist was polite and supportive, and the other staff were friendly, smiling, and ready to help. We booked two small rooms for six people, and the hotel provided an extra mattress so three could sleep comfortably in each. The AC worked well, service was satisfactory, and the roadside location was convenient. We had a pleasant half-day stay.

The food was tasty, and they were able to accommodate my dietary preferences. Staff were friendly and helpful, took care of my needs, and dealt with any issues quickly. I'd consider staying again. It would be good to have more TV channels in the rooms and a wider range of choices in the restaurant. I was extremely satisfied with the service, 4.5/5.

I came from the UK and booked one night here in Mumbai on 12/2/26 because the Residency hotel (5*) was full. I arrived late from Gujarat and accepted room 101 without checking it first. They asked for payment upfront and whether I wanted a receipt. I only used the toilet. The room smelled awful, had an ashtray, looked shabby, and was incredibly noisy. Light came through the window, and I couldn't sleep at all. I felt too disgusted to wash there or eat breakfast. Thankfully, Hotel Residency agreed to let me check in early in the morning. I was given a receipt after checking out. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Too bad zero stars isn't an option.

The staff were really friendly and attentive, and check-in went smoothly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It's also easy to get around from here, with the hotel right by the Western Express Highway. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Hotel JK Regency.
