The staff take ages to come to the room, and management doesn't seem to have enough people or good quality staff to look after guests. The location is just okay, and the breakfast portion can be very small. On the plus side, the rooms are clean and fairly fresh, with new bedsheets and towels, and reception responds.
2/10
The kitchen seemed to be short on supplies all the time. They gave me coffee without sugar, then said someone had just gone to the market to get some. I asked for a non-veg breakfast, bread omelette, but the bread wasn't toasted because there was no toaster, and they had run out of butter too. The food was pathetic. I seemed to be the only one complaining, even though quite a few guests, especially families, were upset and asking the front desk for an explanation.
6/10
The room was hygienic, and the AC, heater, and TV all worked properly. There's no restaurant here, though, so you'll need to order food online or go out. It's just a place to stay.
4/10
The hotel doesn't provide breakfast, and there's not much life on the property. I also didn't like that it's a little off the road.
2/10
The layout is awful, and the rooms would be a bad fit if you're claustrophobic.
